Does implantation always come with bleeding? Yesterday I was nauseous quite a bit and really tired. Then all evening I had bad cramping. Today I'm utterly exhausted and I was nauseous all morning. I even took a 3 hour nap. Could I have had implantation with no bleeding?

Absolutely. I had no bleeding at all. Only about 20-30% of women have bleeding that accompanies implantation.
