Panic attacks! 😩😩😩

So all day i just think about the "what ifs" and i get really bad anxiety. Its like im living in fear because of everything going on around the world. Everyday i log on to social mefia n its something happening or some of that nature so it gives me "what if this n that happen to so n so" thoughts. My mind race all day. I be so afraid of having a panic attack, im scared to drive in fear of having one while driving. I be so nervous even just talking about my fears. Irrational thinking plays a big part in my fear n bring on attacks. Am i the only one going through this? How fo you guys cope?Â
