Not neccessarily. If you're close to ovulation, you can get pregnant. Sperm can live inside you for 5-7 days, so if you ovulate after having sex then you can get pregnant. The only sure way to have sex and not get pregnant is to use protection, although it's not 100%, or track your ovulation with tests. Don't rely on an app to tell you because it may not be accurate.
