Everything that comes in contact with your skin is absorbed into our body. To be on the safe side I would ask dr. 99% of the stuff out there has never been tested on breastfeeding or pregnant women. I would just say to be safe don't bother with it. Hydrate your skin naturally.... drink lots of Water
