Cute Guys & STI's #adviceneeded

I had unprotected sex with a crush( I don't usually do this, was trying to get over a break up in the worst way possible) long story short ..... He gave me chlamydia.. I want to confront him but I'm afraid he's going to try to accuse me as the giver (and I'm 100% certain I'm not) which could turn worst because he's addicted to social media and will post about anything we have mutual followers.. I don't want this to come back on me (or my ex) in that way but I'm truly disgusted
