I'm 22weeks +4 pregnant and yesterday I started to have real bad pain in my abdomen and lower back, I then started to feel really sick  and couldn't get comfortable at all. I've had hardly any sleep and I still have these pains. I just went to the toilet for a wee and the colour was a normal unrine colour, less than a moment later I felt like I needed another wee however it didn't feel right when I was trying to push for the wee to come out it felt strange and when the liquid came out it was clear. What just happened? Is this normal?
