Those with 2nd degree tears: discomfort or pain 6+ weeks postpartum?

I have a 2nd degree tear with stitches. Coming up on my 6 weeks and it still burns down there and I have to use peri bottle, Dermaplast, and witch hazel. Also hurts when I get up from sitting. Anyone else taking this long to heal?
