paragard Iud is the best I had mine after I had my son in 2011 .. and i recently had my 3rd child my baby girl in june and my husband had vascetomy .. but paragard I recommend it to everyone.

I've never used this, but have heard about Paraguard...it's a copper IUD inserted by your doctor inside your cervix. It's hormone free, so I don't see how it could make you gain any weight.
