Falling asleep

Well came to my apt. Did all the reg stuff asked how baby is moving and honestly I haven't felt him much the last few days. Doctor had a hard time finding his heartbeat but she did and it was fast and strong like always. But now I have to get a nst. So im sitting in the waiting room untill a room is available. I'm about to pass out. I got a migraine from out of now where and extreme exhaustion hit me. Ugh.
