what do you think of Bryan?

My husband likes the name Bryan. Its original meaning is noble which is good but I think it's old fashioned for new baby now. A 30-40 years old man comes into my mind  every time when I heard this name. What do you think of this name? Really need some honest opinions. Thank you all!

I'm a teacher and know lots of kids named Brian. I prefer spelling with "i" personally. But name is cute.

It sounds like a middle aged man but names come back around. You might be about ten years to early but I think dad names like Derek, Bryan, Neil etc will come back one day.

I like the name. Personally I think with the different spelling with the Y instead of the I it makes it more modern.

I like the name, and the spelling, if my baby is a boy then his middle name shall be Bryan in honour of my late grandfather. It's an old fashioned name but it's smart, masculine and "to the point". I'd say it's a good choice (:
