Bleeding gums

Good sign of pregnancy or another thing I've totally made up??? Lol! I'm 10dpo today, tested negative this morning. But yesterday and today when I brushed my teeth they bled which is super abnormal for me. Today is was more than I've ever seen. I wasn't flossing or brushing harder than normal or anything. Just got my teeth cleaned not long ago and have never had ginvititis. It's okay y'all can think I'm crazy 😂 just losing hope over here and dying to gain it back!
