Irregular periods!!😩

Okay so would really appreciate some advice and feedback here. So I am currently on day 54 of my cycle and still no apearance of AF! I had it last on 31st July!! Starting to worry a bit now and took a test last Saturday which was negative! I have been off the pill since March and have only had 2 periods since then which was April and then July!! Anyone else had the same problem? Should I see a doctor to find out what's going on?
