It's not uncommon to continue to get multiple positive results after you receive your first positive. That's why test manufacturers instruct to discontinue testing once you receive your very first positive as it can get confusing. The very first positive result you received should be considered your positive OPK for the cycle, and ovulation would then take place 24 to 36 hours later, regardless of if you continue to get positive results. I know for me, I'll continue to get positive opk's for a few days after the first one, but it's that very first one that's the most important, and the one you should base ovulation from. The day after that first positive OPK would be your actual day of ovulation, and since the egg can only be fertilized within 12 to 24 hours after ovulation, the day following THAT would be considered 1 dpo. Looks line the 20th Am Test is the 1st positive one to me. I was told it could read postive for a few days but ovulation should take place day of the 1st text that the line is darker than control line.

I would say your surge is either the 21st or 22nd and then 12-36 hour laster is when ovulation happens
