When another unsuccessful month goes by.. I shop 😂 I like to buy a new pair of shoes when AF shows to make me feel better. Healthy? Probably not, but hey It works for me 💁 Until one day I get a BFP and then a whole nother reason to shop 😂😉 Baby Dust!!💕

P.S here is the boots I just ordered. Can't for boot weather!

Buy a bottle of wine and drink a big glass. All that hope dashed and the tww with no wine means an extra big glass when af shows. I miscarried in July at 10w and 2 weeks later got totally shit faced from not having had as much as a sip in 12 weeks and overestimating my tolerance. And chocolate is always welcome.

When af shows up, i look down at my uterus and give out a big " FUCK YOU!" then i usually spend the rest of the night eating icecream and chocolate and crying over stupid things. Ya know the drill ☺
