twins or single?

I had one baby my first pregnancy .. But this pregnancy , I have a feeling it might be twins , but I'm not sure what to think.. My husband is a twin and so is my mother. & I have terrible morning sickness and I'm only about 6-7 weeks and I'm already starting to show. Any advice?
