partners who work away from home?
My boyfriends works up north on a super single rig. Rotation 20 days at work, 10 days home.
I absolutely enjoy and love the 10 days that he's home. But I can't help but feel like he's missing when he's away. And I'm always worried!! Worried about him driving to work, especially with winter comming so fast this year. Worried about his tires on the truck (to the point where if I could, I'd buy him new ones).
To make things worse! He always tells me about all the hundreds of deer he see's driving to and from the rig. My mother has hit 2 deer in 10 months! And she wasn't out in the boonies, she was 10 minuets from their acerage.
How can I make this easier? I don't want to feel constantly worried. I don't want him to feel bad for leaving to work, because I know he enjoys his job so much.
