Using crystals to help with conception?

So, on fb I'm on this page called sage goddess gem haven, and they talk about all the powers behind using and carrying crystals and gems. I was informed that carrying and wearing moonstone along with some others is very powerful in helping getting pregnant!! So, I just order a moonstone online, and I'm hoping it'll help! Just wanted to share this with all my ladies trying to conceive as well!!! Also, if you know of any other stones helpful, let us know!!
