Advice for losing weight/toning?

Hi there! So I need a little advice from anyone willing to help me out. 
I'm looking to drop a few pounds and cut out some belly/thigh fat. I also wish to tone my stomach and thigh/butt areas. 
I was wondering, what could I do? I am hypoglycemic so I have to eat foods with carbs/sugars in them, but what foods would you suggest that have that but aren't bad for you? Also, what at home toning workouts can I do for the places mentioned above? 
I'd like to mention I do exercise regularly as I am an equestrian (horse rider) and I ride four days a week, three hours each, so I need things that will be able to fit into that kind of exercise regime. Thank you if you take the time to give me advice! 💕
