My boyfriend keeps insisting I'm pregnant and rubbing my belly?

I'm officially a couple of days late but my boyfriend is constantly hinting that I'm pregnant even before my missed period. I ended up in the hospital a week ago because I thought I had food poisoning but turns out it wasn't and then my dad suggested I take a pregnancy test.
What's going on here? Lol. Am I missing something? Has someone's significant other correctly guessed that you guys have conceived or is my boyfriend just playing around?

I've been gaining some weight lately and I've always been obsessed with pickles. You have no idea how often my SOs family asks if I'm pregnant. It's like, no I'm just and overweight weirdo.
A couple of days late doesn't necessarily mean anything. If you're anxious you could always take a test just to see.

Take a test but stress can also delay your period also whatever you were diagnosed in the hospital with could have delayed your period as well as any medicines you were given there and given a perscription for if any
