SICK AND DIARRHEA

I just had the urge to poop right... I get to the bathroom and I sit down and I peeed from my butthole then I had bad diereha is that normal??? I'm very sick rn as well I have a fever and a cough and everything hurts   I went to the doctor and he didn't know what was wrong with me and I'm going back because I feel bad still.
