Is it really that hard to get pregnant?

I was wondering if it's really as easy to get pregnant as I thought it was. I know all about fertile windows and ovulation but I've seen a lot of posts about people trying to get pregnant for months and months. Is there still only a small chance of getting pregnant even when you're ovulating? I'm not trying to get pregnant or anything I was just curious :)

It can take a healthy couple a year to conceive.  Some people it seems to happen without a thought others it can take years.  I feel that is all about timing as well  tried and it wasn't happening i stopped trying and was pregnant soon after

Yes it's really that hard! I knew when I was ovulating each month and we used to bd when I was. Me and my hubby had nothing wrong with either of us but it still took us 2 years to get pregnant!

It took a little bit less than month to get pregnant for me I hope its as easy the next one

Same I had a miscarriage in January and we are still trying with no luck. Sounds weird but my fiance ex wife and him tried for 4 years before they ended up with their daughter. It can be easy for some but not so easy for others
