TTC and starting Clomid

I'm 27 and I've had 9 miscarriages since 2006. I found out during my 5th Miscarriage that I was 0-. I've had blood work done and all the major problems have been ruled out. With the exception that I might be Lupis Anticoagulant(not a definite on that though). Then a few weeks ago my doc did a sono to look at my insides......long story short, I have a fibroid, my right ovarary is enlarged, and I hadn't ovulated at all....sooooo they wrote me a prescription for clomid for me to start on the 3rd day of my period...well I started 3 days early as of today. So looks like I'll be starting the Clomid on Friday for the first time ever!.....Really what I'm looking for are words of encouragement and any experiences good/bad that anyone else has had with Clomid. I'm pretty excited to be trying as my husband and I both want children. But I'm hesistant to get excited at the same time because I know it may take several months to conceive.
