Seperation anxiety in adults?

Did anyone know seperation anxiety can occur in adults? I was wondering if anyone had any information about this?

Yes! There's tons of information you can find about this. I suffered bad at the beginning of my relationship then started to create purpose for MYSELF. I feel completely different now 🙌

Do you get anxious at other times too? I have anxiety disorder and he was my security blanket before I saw a doctor which I think made it a lot worse for me. It's very difficult to break but remember that it takes time. I started working for another company and went back to school. Stuff that is just mine. It has helped and now I love our time away from each other because that's my time lol. Which is totally opposite of how I felt before
