I used to drink 1 cup of coffee a day and a sofa occasionally. I've stopped my coffee, with the exception of 2 days where I was dragging. I'll still have an occasional Coke.

I drink one cup of black tea and then have an occasional cup of decaf coffee or espresso in the afternoon (rarely). I have cut out all caffeinated sodas and try to avoid artificial sweeteners.

I get migraines when I stop drinking coffee and my OB told me the only way to counter act my head aches is to drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee

I'm not a big coffee drinker. I only drink it when I really need it, and even then it'll be like half a cup to a cup
