The pill & ttc 2nd baby

I'm done my BC and your suppose to wait for 2 regular cycles so it can be more pin pointed on when you get pregnant. We got pregnant with our son when I was on the pill and antibiotics so we didn't know when we got pregnant and they went off his size in the ultrasound and it turns out he was born 3 weeks early after an induction. So I don't know what "natural labor" is really like. How long does it take to get pregnant after going off the pill, I understand everyone is different but if you've been on the pill then got pregnant how long did it take you?
