Gaining weight?

I'm 11 weeks and I notice my belly getting bigger, but it's more belly fat. Anyone else going through the same? Is there any diet I can do?

Do not diet! Embrace your growing body, at first it'll feel like bloat, then it might look like you've gained a few pounds but soon it will look like a pregnant belly! Diets are bad while pregnant. If you want to change your diet then make sure you are eating a well rounded balanced meals & snacks. If you want to cut out anything cut out any junk foods, simple carbs, etc but do not deprive your body of the nutrition it needs.

I don't look very pregnant at all and I'm on week 11, it's just a little bloat and not much else at the moment

Same thing happening to me😒. I m only 10  weeks preg but I look like 20 weeks. Don't know what to do!!
