Swingers

So Ive been thinking recently about spicing up our sex life, we've done a 3 some and it was fine, I was really impressed with my partners respect and focus on me, it was actually a good experience and brought us closer together but recently I've been feeling like we're falling back into a routine, same postion, same everything actually kind of boring. So I've been thinking about bringing up the swinging subject and maybe spicing some things up. Have any of you ladies experienced other couples and was it a positive or negative for your relationship?
