Me and my big mouth

I work at a small restaurant and one of my coworkers and I get along really well. He and I have such great chemistry that my boss always puts us on shifts together because we're a great team. About a week or so ago we went out for drinks together and ended up having one of the most intense make out sessions I've ever had. He also gave me the absolute best oral I've ever received 🤐 😍 so it was memorable to say the least. Since then we haven't worked together but one time and everything was cool. We hung out after work and he brought up something about like "if I was his girlfriend" and my heart jumped. I realized that I would actually love to be his girlfriend, but when we first met I made it super clear that I want to stay single. Now I don't know how to tell him that I'm interested in the prospect of a relationship without sounding too eager. Help 😞
