Large for gestational age baby- who else?

Question

We had a follow up ultrasound at 26 weeks due to baby girls kidneys having fluid in them at the anatomy scan. Everything resolved itself and she is perfectly healthy.

However, she is measuring large. She's in the 99% for weight at 2 lbs 12 oz (two weeks ago). I am takin my glucose test here shortly and of course I google LGA and it could be a sign of GD.

I've never had GD before with my first two and I have no idea what to expect if I fail my glucose test. I know her being bigger doesn't automatically mean I have GD, but now I'm nervous and worried. 
I'm also worried that I'll end up having a c section, which is theist thing I want. 
How many momma say have an LGA baby and what was your outcome on your glucose test and how are thing progressing with baby?

I have had two pregnancies now where the baby was large for its gestational age. My current pregnancy and my last pregnancy. And both pregnancies i ended up having gestational diabetes. I have also had excessive amniotic fluid in both of them too. So i did go into preterm labor in my last pregnancy but they did stop it in time and i made it to 38 weeks and i got induced. My son came out smaller than they assumed he would. Don't know how this one will end though. Good luck with your test. Having gd is not fun.
