Will my stomach go back to pre pregnancy ???

I'm 5 1/2 weeks pp and my stomach was so tiny before pregnancy but now I have the "ledge". Will it ever go away ?? Can't wait to be able to work out again. Will anyone post pics of their pp stomach after c section to give me hope? Thanks

I went through 20 hours of labor, and then an emergency csection! This is my progress so far.

If you still have the pooch at 7 weeks check yourself for recti diastasis. It's when your abs split. I lost all my pregnancy weight but had this weird pooch after lots of reading and then checking my abs did split on me. Make sure you DO NOT workout till you check yourself cause if you do have it it can make it worse.

It will! It'll just take time like others have said. 
I'm 9 months postpartum and everything went back to normal. Still have a little weight left in me cause I have no time to work out but it's okay. 🙂

Mine doesn't. Always have that little smiley face now on my belly that never goes flat at that point. I'm on c section 4 though. Everyone's different

I was skinnier after having my son than I was before. I was 128 when I got pregnant. Only got up to 144 at 40 weeks and I was huge baby was 9 pounds. And I was 114 when I got out of the hospital. My stomach never went back to normal tho no matter how much I weighed, still hung a bit over, I haven't been able to wear low rose jeans since my stretched stomach would hang over just a bit. I'm 143 now and 16 weeks pregnant, but was 138 before this pregnancy. Your body is going to change a lot and you kind of have to go with the flow and love your body no matter what it goes through.

I'm 5 weeks PP. was 150 pounds prior to pregnancy, 191 when I had my girl and now I'm 159 yet so much saggy and stretch marked skin. I feel so ugly. Had over 48 hours of labor that ended in a c section and now my body feels ruined. Feels like punishment. :/

First picture is 40 weeks preggo and the second is 6 weeks pp. Everybody is different. Don't base what you think your body should look like off of someone else's.
