TMI strange color on my panty liner HELP

I'm constantly leaking urine and sweaty down there, which my dr says is normal for this stage (plus it's 100 degrees in Southern California). I've noticed a slight tan color left behind on my pads. Should I be concerned that I'm leaking fluid? Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?
