first of all, you should get a better thermometer to measure you basal body temperature. it should have a least 2 digits after the comma instead of ony 1 in your case ;) this is not accurate enough to measure the slight fluctuations. What thermometer are you using and where do you usually measure?

And you to avoid missing temps during your predicted fertile window, too. You'll be able to figure out when you ovulated after three or so more days is my guess.

(And if you don't have a BBT thermometer that measures to the hundredths, you can pick up a decent on at any drugstore, Walmart or target)

It's a little hard to tell. Are you taking the temps at the same time every morning before getting out of bed? Sometimes you can't really see the pattern until the full month is done
