11 month relationship😔

I've recently been feeling different toward my partner and I don't understand why, I went away for two weeks and came back and it just wasn't the same, he's always talking about marriage and having children and stuff but I don't know what to do, he's just recently getting me down because he's being negative about everything all the time like with anything I do, he'll talk over me if I try to tell him anything and just start talking about himself and he's done this for a while but I've only just realised how bad it is
