Jessica • Sun, Sep 25 • Im 26 and this will be my second pregnacy

Hello i found out a few days ago that im 5 pregnat and im more scared then excited i had a son 5 years ago and he sadly passed away when he was 2months old and so scared that some how the test is wrong and im scared that if i get to excited it will all be taken away from me again. All ive every wanted is to be a mom. And i really hope this all goes well.
