so upset over treatment at hospital!!

My wife is mtf trans and has been having a lot of mental issues lately. She went to the hospital due to a suicide attempt and is in inpatient care. She just called me and told me that the doctor there told her that trans people have a 50% suicide rate and that she "has a lot of hair for a transgender". Of course she has hair!! She isn't allowed to shave in the hospital and poor girl is pre hormones because we wanted to have children first. She's getting hormones as soon as she's stable according to her regular doctor. It makes me absolutely furious that that doctor would kick her while she's down. 😡😡😡
