Bassinet recommendation

My son is almost 2 weeks old and has been sleeping alright in his rock n play. Emphasis on the "alright." As soon as he realizes I'm not holding him, he gets upset. I'm looking for another option, maybe something more soothing.

I know the halo doesn't do much more than the rock n play, but it lays flat.

Then there is the grace dream glider which goes from swing to bassinet seamlessly. He likes to be rocked to sleep, so I'm wondering if this is a better option.

Any moms have recommendations?! We were awake from 11PM to 9AM today trying to go to bed. It was a very very long night.
