wow. I'm so hurt right now... please anyone

So my ex and I got into a fight. He moved to Cali but wanted to be on good terms for when he comes home. I thought about an open relationship bc he sort of brought it up to me and told him if that's what he wants then I can do whatever I want too and of course he's not ok with that. The whole fight started because yesterday I told him I couldn't do this like we need to just let each other go and like not even try to communicate bc that's what he wanted to do, and he asked why and I said bc of stuff I saw on Instagram... He was commenting on other girls stuff. When I brought it up he flipped out and then had one of his guy friends girlfriends FaceTime me to make me upset... He apologized and I told him that it hurt me and I was contemplating staying in contact but he's not ok with me doing what I need to do.... Anyways he called me today admitting he has feelings for someone else but wants to see me when he's home and I flipped out and told him to never speak to me again.... I'm so hurt right now
