Boyfriend's exes & Family

Would you be upset if your boyfriend's family still talked about his ex girlfriends even after two/three years after they've been broken up? I am dating the love of my life for a little over a year and a half, am pregnant with our first baby, a daughter, yet his mother and sisters still speak about, to, and favor his exes. They are all still friends on facebook, talk often and tell my boyfriend current details about their lives (even when he's made it clear that he doesn't want to hear it). They do so infront of me, while they're on the phone with my boyfriend, and when he's alone with them. They also share photos of my boyfriend and his ex, as a 'memory' on facebook knowing both my boyfriend and I will see it. His mother comment's on her pictures saying "Imiss you, wish you were still around". We all have a good relationship with each other. So, would you be upset? No I am not insecure but just looking for some validity for my reasons of being upset with this topic. Thoughts?
