Strained baby clothes?

So I dug out all of my 2 year old sons baby clothes for this baby. When I packed them away they were clean and perfect. I used the Ziploc space saver bags to store them. When I pulled them out today however some them had yellow stains. I tried pre treating and washing them which helped a little but not entirely. Does anyone know what can get these stains out. Please help! Some of these are sentimental value to me.

Have you tried "sun washing" them? That may help! Pinterest (and google) have great step by steps for that and this way you wouldn't have to use harsh chemicals! Apparently lemons can work to but I have never tried that because I wouldn't want more yellow on accident lol

Oxyclean is probably good. Also, dry them in the sunlight. It's the cheapest way to whiten whites! I know, my son's clothes were the same way. They were clean, then after a couple years, they're all yellowed. I'm definitely keeping my eyes open for non-white fabrics now. All his colored clothes still look great.

Mine were the same! Not all of them but I was a stickler about packing them away spotless but a few had stains. Oxyclean is your best bet, good luck! Some of mine couldn't be salvaged 😢

Oxyclean! I was reading an article that said no matter how old a yellow stain is Oxyclean can get it out. Here's why the yellow stain is from old milk protien. Sometimes we don't even notice them until the clothing has aged. Oxyclean breaks up milk protien :)

Try soaking them with oxyclean. It is supposed to be color safe but when my son's socks and undies start to get dingy I soak them in oxyclean for a while then wash with warm water and it really helps a lot! Good luck!
