Sleep regression or growth spurt?

My baby turned 5 months a few days ago and he's stopped sleeping through the night. He used to only wake up for 1 night feed but now he's waking up 3 or 4 times to nurse. Sometimes i can just pat him back to sleep but most of the time he wants to eat. He's also been a little fussier than usual. What do you ladies think?

Ahh im so tired of all of it  ..just keep guessing sleep regression , growth spurt or maybe teething , for my daughter there's one of them every month .

Both i think my LO went thru that for like a few days and now almost 6 months i think he is having another one...as soon as u get them on a rutine they come and change it again lol

This has been our little one the past few nights. She throws a fit and fights sleep then wakes up several times a night. It definitely makes it hard to get up for work!

Probably a combination of both. I'm dealing with the same thing. It's been going on for the last month. SO hard. SO tired.
