how often do you test OPK?

I have historically only tested with first morning urine. I am on my first round of provera/Femera and inpatiently awaiting a +opk. I never actually discussed with my doc about when to take opk's. When/how many times per day do you test?

Twice a day.   SECOND morning urine and an evening urine.   You're actually not supposed to test with first morning urine as it can show a false positive.

I was told always to test around 11am. I just try not to drink much between waking up and 11am so that's my second pee of the day. I've tested every month pretty much for 3 years and never missed a surge
