12 week check up and my nerves are all over the place!!

My first pregnancy when I went for my 12 week check up they couldn't find my baby heart beat so they sent me for ultrasound and we were told our baby passed away at 10 weeks 5 days.. I had a ultrasound done at 10 weeks baby was fine with heartbeat of 179. I go in tomorrow for my 12 week check up and I'm so nervous. I just don't want to hear those dreadful words again.. I know everyone tells me to think positive this one is my Rainbow baby but I'm terrified!!
