Help... a little bleeding?

Question

Hey all... I'm nine weeks, just went to the bathroom and found a little blood, just when I wiped. Not a ton, but enough to make me nervous. I had a little bleeding around the same time with my first pregnancy and all was fine. How many of you have also experienced a little bleeding?

I experienced a little bleeding with my first but not my second. My first is turning 2 in Dec and I'm due in Jan with baby #2 so I'd like to say they both worked out good ☺️

Hi - I was also scared by 2 episodes of bleeding during pregnancy (2nd heavier than 1st). I was a 41 yo internal medicine physician who was pregnant for the 1st time - a combination of not knowing ANYTHING & knowing TOO MUCH, lol. I took the advice of my high risk OB & started taking progesterone supplementation (orally after the 1st episode & weekly shots after the 2nd). I am convinced that the progesterone really made a big difference. My measured level at the beginning of pregnancy was low normal (did not alarm my general OB...but the high risk specialist encouraged supplementation). I ended up in early labor at 35 weeks, but was able to prolong pregnancy for a few more weeks with a 2nd medication. I planned for a natural birth, but ended up having a C-section when labor stalled during the pushing phase. Pregnancy could have been easier...but motherhood is far harder, lol! I hope my story helps. Get your progesterone level checked by a specialist...Good luck!

Me! Every pregnancy - all babies fine and healthy - sometimes BAD bleeds - sometimes like yours.  Always get the bleeding checked out to ease your own mind - but could be anything :). I have negative blood and my blood fights the babies if it's positive -  but I just have to get a shot of anti-D xx
