cramps. should I be worried?

I'm 14 weeks and I am having what feel like period cramps. They hurt, not excruciating but it does hurt. Never had any complications before even with my previous pregnancy. So I'm not sure if it's normal or not

I'm having the same thing the last two days. In sitting in the doctors office now to make sure it is ok. A lot of my friends say it is probably stretching pains or round ligament pain. I guess we will see, but I never had it with my 1st two pregnancies.
