pregnancy scare

So I had sex with my boyfriend at the weekend, and I think I've made a massive mistake. We didn't use protection and he didn't pull out like why the fuck did I agree? I haven't slept since I can't stop panicking that I'm pregnant. I'm not on the pill because I live in a really rural area and can't get to a pharmacy and if I tell my mum she'll disown me. My period is meant to come near the start of every month and I'm so terrified I won't get it. I'm actually shitting it like I understand I'm stupid just really need someone to help:((
