So I was scheduled for an induction this morning. I was not allowed to eat or drink after midnight and couldn't sleep because I was so nervous. I ended up going into hospital at 7am and got to bed around 8am. They started an IV of fluids and from anxiety my BP dropped and I passed out. I quickly recovered and had some ice chips so they started the pitocin. I labored for 10 hours, the last 4 on the max dose of pitocin with my contractions one after the other and I didn't change or dilate at all!!!! Doctor is confused, I am confused and baby is now head in my hip bone instead of down on cervix. I was finally released to come home to rest and I have to go to doctors to have ultrasound in morning to see exactly how big he is and where/why he is.
