Anyone else having a flip flop of issues with your digestion? First I started really constipated (got my first hemorrhoid cause of it) all of sudden, my behind has an orchestra of bassoon paying homage to the porcelain gods. Now I'm constipated again!

This was in a matter of a week. Im drinking an average of four cups of water (that's not counting the tea coffee juice or broths I've been drinking) and I added yogurt into my diet... any suggestions on controlling this?
