I got admitted to L&D at 12 its now 3:30 am and haven't progressed😥 I've been at 3 cm since I came in and probably before that too. I want to try and do it natural without medication but it's so discouraging that I haven't progressed at all. What can i do to help me dilate faster? My contractions are also 2-3 minutes apart 😞
