I went in for my 2nd appt this morning and got devastating news. Our baby measured 1 day behind and there was no heartbeat. I'm 9w6d today and still nauseous, urinating frequently, tender breasts, etc. I know there are missed miscarriages. We had 2 ultrasounds back to back this morning, but my mom wants me to have another one just to make sure before I have the d&c. What do you guys think? I don't want to offend my OB, but I also don't want to lose my baby if it's not gone.
