Last night around 3am I had bad back pain followed by severe Abdominal pains, like cramps. Through out the day today ive felt the same pain but it goes away quit and comes back randomly.. A few minutes ago I went to the restroom and seen A pinkish spotting on my undies, kind of like mucus. Does this mean im about to go into labor or just means my cervix is opening up..
